By accessing or using the website "pryvonatrading.com" (the "Site") operated by PRYVONA TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED ("PRYVONA", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
PRYVONA TRADING is a B2B (business-to-business) supplier of bulk agricultural commodities. The Site is intended for use by registered businesses, mills, exporters, distributors and institutional buyers. We do not sell to individual retail consumers. No purchases can be made directly through the website — all transactions are inquiry-based and confirmed offline through a Proforma Invoice (PI).
The minimum order quantity for every product listed on the Site is 50 KG, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Bulk container loads (20 MT – 25 MT) are available subject to product availability and prior confirmation.
Prices indicated on the Site are reference price ranges (per KG, ex-warehouse Delhi) and are subject to change without notice based on market conditions, lot quality, packaging, freight and applicable taxes. The final binding price will be communicated via written quotation / Proforma Invoice issued by PRYVONA TRADING. Quotations are valid for the period stated therein.
Product specifications listed on the Site are indicative and based on standard market lots. Actual specifications may vary marginally batch-to-batch. Where required, buyers may request pre-dispatch samples; sample charges and courier costs may apply and will be confirmed in writing.
By submitting an inquiry through the website, WhatsApp or email, you consent to be contacted by PRYVONA TRADING via phone, email or WhatsApp regarding your inquiry. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 working hours.
Standard payment terms are 100% advance against Proforma Invoice via RTGS / NEFT / IMPS. Letters of Credit (LC) and partial advance + balance against documents may be considered for repeat customers and confirmed in writing on the Proforma Invoice. GST and applicable taxes are billed extra unless otherwise stated.
Dispatch is typically initiated within 48 working hours of receipt of confirmed payment. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the transporter / freight forwarder, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Delivery timelines provided are good-faith estimates and may be impacted by force majeure events.
All quality claims must be raised in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods, supported by photographic evidence and lot identification. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained. As the goods are commodities and perishable in nature, returns are not accepted once dispatched; resolution of accepted claims will be at PRYVONA's discretion through credit-note, partial refund or replacement in a subsequent shipment.
PRYVONA shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, government regulation, strikes, transport disruptions, war, pandemic or natural calamities.
All content on the Site — including logos, text, images, design, code, brand names and trademarks — is the property of PRYVONA TRADING or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. No portion of the Site may be reproduced, copied or republished without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRYVONA TRADING's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any transaction or use of the Site shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi.
PRYVONA TRADING reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
